Booking Cancellations and changes

A booking of transfer can be cancelled or changed in advance by giving 4 hours notice prior to the transfer time. To cancel or change any bookings, you must contact our customer service team. You do not cancel or change a booking with our drivers.

Routes

The driver will take the route to a destination by considering the following facts: the traffic, time, road closures, diversions.

Prices are quoted to drive through a most economical route. If the passenger nominate a route to their preference, passenger will be liable to pay the extra charges such as fuel, toll, waiting and other charges.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued on the following conditions:

All pre- paid bookings booked with a credit card or debit card or upi or any online payment, cancellation must be notified 4 hours prior to the actual pick up time. if not notified the cancellation will not be done and whatever payments have been made will not be refunded.

50% payments will be refunded if the passenger missed the flight or train, the passenger must inform Iwaycabs.com immediately by phone, email or sms and obtain a cancellation number from Iwaycabs.com.

All refunds with no bank charges will be made within 2 days

If we are refunding to an international bank account, we will deduct all the bank changes from the actual refund amount and the remaining balance will be refunded within 2 days.
